ข้อตกลงการใช้งานและความเป็นส่วนตัว

โปรดศึกษาข้อกำหนดก่อนการพิจารณาใช้บริการและสินค้าของเราเพื่อประโยชน์ของท่าน

 

รูปภาพและข้อความต่าง ๆ ของทางร้าน สามารถใช้ได้ในลักษณะ non-commercial purposes เท่านั้น
ไม่อนุญาติให้คัดลอก แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง ทำซ้ำ
หรือนำไปใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่ว่ากรณีใดทั้งสิ้น

 

 

ข้อตกลงในการสั่งซื้อ

สินค้าทุกชิ้นสามารถดูรายละเอียด ข้อมูล รูปภาพ และ สั่งซื้อได้ทางหน้าเว็บ 

ทางร้านสงวนสิทธิในการเพิ่มเติม แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใด ๆ บนเว็บไซต์

การจัดเก็บสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อ จะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อผู้ใช้ได้ทำการสั่งซื้อ ยืนยันที่อยู่ และได้รับหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ (Order) แล้วเท่านั้น

ลูกค้าที่มีหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว สามารถชำระเงินได้เลย โดยไม่ต้องรอการยืนยันอีกครั้ง

หลังจากกดสั่งซื้อ ลูกค้าจะสามารถรวมคำสั่งซื้อ หรือแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อ ได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงเท่านั้น

และไม่สามารถรวมคำสั่งซื้อที่สั่งคนละวันได้ในทุกกรณี

 

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

ทางร้านไม่มีนโยบายเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ของสมาชิก
ข้อมูลในการติดต่อ อีเมล์ โทรศัพท์ รหัสผ่าน ในที่สาธารณะ
รวมทั้งไม่มีการเปิดเผย ส่งต่อข้อมูลใด ๆ ให้กับบุคคลภายนอกทราบเป็นอันขาด
เว้นแต่ถูกบังคับหรือกำกับโดยกฎหมาย

การจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัว ข้อมูลการใช้งาน Cookies ชื่อและที่อยู่ของลูกค้า ประวัติการสั่งซื้อ
จะอยู่ในฐานข้อมูลของทางร้าน และเป็นไปเพื่อให้บริการเท่านั้น
เช่น จัดส่งสินค้า และการประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆของร้านค้าเท่านั้น บุคคลภายนอกไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้

ข้อมูลในการชำระเงิน เช่นบัตรเครดิต จะเป็นการเข้ารหัส Encrypted ผ่านผู้ให้บริการ Payment Gateway
โดยทางร้านจะไม่ได้รับ หรือจัดเก็บหมายเลขและรหัสใด ๆ

ในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ลูกค้าจะรักษาข้อมูลส่วนตัวของตน เช่นชื่อผู้ใช้ และ รหัสผ่าน
ทางร้านสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบความผิด ความเสียหาย หรือ สูญหาย 
อันเกิดจากการให้บุคคลที่สามใช้บัญชีไม่ว่าประการใด

กรณีผู้ใช้งานต้องการลบข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น ชื่อ อีเมล ที่อยู่ ที่จัดเก็บไว้
สามารถแจ้งผู้ดูแลเว็บไซต์ได้ทาง [email protected]

 

ข้อตกลงในการชำระเงิน

คำสั่งซื้อที่สั่งซื้อไว้แล้ว จะมีอายุประมาณ 2 วัน (โอนเงินได้ภายในเที่ยงคืนของวันถัดไปหลังจากวันที่สั่งซื้อ)

หลังจากนั้นจะถือว่าลูกค้าได้ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ ระบบจะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อโดยอัตโนมัติ

หลังคำสั่งซื้อหมดอายุทุกครั้งจะมีอีเมล์แจ้งจากทางร้านเสมอ 

ลูกค้าสามารถเพิ่มอีเมล์ [email protected] ไว้ในรายชื่อติดต่อ เพื่อที่จะได้ไม่พลาดทุกอีเมล์จากเรา

ในการจัดส่งและตัดคำสั่งซื้อ ขึ้นอยู่กับเวลาที่แจ้งโอน

ขอความกรุณาลูกค้าแจ้งโอนภายในกำหนดเวลาที่กำหนด

หากลูกค้าต้องการรับสินค้า แต่ไม่สามารแจ้งชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด สามารถแจ้งทางร้านก่อนเวลาเพื่อ hold order

ทางร้านสามารถเก็บสินค้า(Hold order)ไว้ให้นานที่สุดได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน
สามารถแจ้งเก็บสินค้าไว้ให้ได้ไม่เกิน2ครั้งติดต่อกัน
หากตรวจสอบแล้วว่าคำสั่งซื้อที่ผ่านมาล่าสุด มีการโอนช้าหรือไม่โอนเงิน 
ขออนุญาตไม่เก็บสินค้าไว้ให้ เพื่อให้สิทธิ์กับลูกค้าที่ต้องการสินค้าก่อน
และทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือแก้ไขรายการสินค้าในทุกกรณี

 

 

การคืนเงินกรณีชำระเงินคำสั่งซื้อที่หมดอายุแล้วหรือต้องการยกเลิกภายหลัง

หากลูกค้าได้ชำระเงินคำสั่งซื้อที่หมดอายุ หรือต้องการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้ชำระเงินแล้ว ทางร้านจะโอนคืนภายใน 3 วัน
กรณีมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการโอนเงินคืน เช่น ค่าธรรมเนียม ลูกค้าจะเป็นฝ่ายรับผิดชอบ

กรณีมีการคืนเงินเนื่องจากเป็นความผิดพลาดจากทางร้าน เช่น สินค้าหมด หรือ สินค้ามีข้อผิดพลาด
ทางร้านจะเป็นฝ่ายรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการโอน

  

 

ข้อตกลงในการจัดส่งสินค้า

ทางร้านจะจัดส่งสินค้า ภายในวันทำการถัดไป หลังจากได้รับการแจ้งยอดโอน และได้รับที่อยู่ครบถ้วน

สำหรับการจัดส่งไปต่างประเทศลูกค้าสามารถชำระเงินผ่านทาง Paypal 

ทางร้านจัดส่งในทุกประเทศ ใช้เวลา 7-14 วันสำหรับการจัดส่งไปยังต่างประเทศ

ทั้งนี้ขอให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจว่าที่อยู่ที่ให้ไว้ มีผู้อยู่รับพัสดุ เนื่องจากการจัดส่งจะต้องมีผู้ลงชื่อเพื่อรับพัสดุ

หากไม่มีผู้อยู่รับในเวลาที่ไปรษณีย์นำจ่าย สินค้าจะถูกพักอยู่ที่ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์เป็นเวลา 7 วัน เพื่อรอผู้รับไปรับ

แต่หากนานเกินกว่านั้น พัสดุจะถูกตีกลับมาที่ร้าน และต้องรอการจัดส่งไปอีกครั้ง

กรณีที่บ้านไม่มีคนอยู่ สามารถจ่าหน้าเป็นรอจ่าย ณ ไปรษณีย์สาขาใกล้บ้าน เพื่อนำพัสดุไปพักที่ทำการไปรษณีย์

และรอลูกค้าไปแจ้งชื่อรับพัสดุด้วยตนเอง หรือหากเป็นหมู่บ้าน สามารถเพิ่มข้อมูลไว้ในที่อยู่

เช่น ฝากพัสดุไว้ที่ป้อมยาม ส่วนกลางของหมู่บ้าน หรือที่ทำงาน

ทางร้านรับผิดชอบหน้าที่ของการดูแลจัดส่งสินค้าทางไปรษณีย์ ให้รวดเร็วถูกต้องตามนโยบายของทางร้าน 
หลังจากจัดส่งแล้ว ลูกค้าจะได้รับเมล์แจ้งการจัดส่ง
กรณีที่ไม่มีผู้อยู่รับพัสดุ ที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน ไม่มีผู้รับตามจ่าหน้า
หรือไม่มีผู้ติดตามไปรับพัสดุที่ไปรษณีย์ในเวลาที่กำหนด และพัสดุตีคืน
ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสินค้าไปใหม่อีกครั้ง

-ชำระค่าจัดส่งสินค้า 50-100 บาท สำหรับในประเทศ

-ต่างประเทศชำระค่าจัดส่งสินค้าตามจริง

ลูกค้าที่ได้รับพัสดุแล้ว ต้องการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมดูได้ที่ RETURN POLICY

ลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้รับพัสดุภายในเวลาที่กำหนด กรุณาติดต่อทางร้านภายใน 15 วันเพื่อติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ
หากนานเกินกำหนดและพัสดุเกิดการสูญหาย หรือตรวจสอบไม่ได้ ทางร้านจะไม่รับผิดชอบไม่ว่ากรณีใดทั้งสิ้น

***กรณีสินค้าถูกตีคืนมาที่ร้าน ทางร้านจะติดต่อกลับทางอีเมล์ และหากไม่มีผู้ติดต่อมารับหรือติดต่อกลับภายใน 45 วัน
จะถือว่าลูกค้าปฏิเสธการรับสินค้าและต้องการคืนสินค้า
จะมีการจำหน่ายสินค้าออก และคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้า เมื่อทางร้านได้รับการติดต่อกลับ

 

ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

หากพบสินค้ามีตำหนิ หรือส่งผิด ทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนหรือส่งคืนทั้งหมด

หากความผิดพลาดไม่ได้เกิดจากผู้ขาย แต่ลูกค้าสั่งไปแล้วใส่ไม่ได้ ต้องการคืน เปลี่ยนขนาด หรือเปลี่ยนสี

ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งในแต่ละคำสั่งซื้อ รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม RETURN POLICY
